NO ENTRY
The Switchable VMS is not a display capable of showing unlimited custom images. The messages are static by design, but remain flexible in practice because they can be shown or hidden instantly. The most requested application is the NO ENTRY configuration. With a simple activation, taxiways or runway sections can be temporarily closed: quick, clear, and highly effective. In the dual-message version, the sign can display an additional instruction as well.
Simple and Efficient
Compared to a digital VMS, the Switchable VMS requires no complex infrastructure or maintenance schedules. The sign is built on proven TGS Series 4 technology and can be controlled in multiple ways: via standard AGL, 203Vac, or TKH CEDD. While 6.6A and 230Vac offer limited communication options, a standalone or integrated TKH CEDD system enables real-time control and provides continuous feedback on the sign’s current status.
