No forced cooling necessary
Due to the smart application of materials, forced cooling is not required. Signs are connected to 230Vac and communicate with the CMS in the tower via an I/O module and fibre optic cabling. The option to supply power via the AGL circuit (6.6A) and communicate via this same circuit will soon be available.
Application examples
Examples of applications are management of towing traffic at runway intersections, real-time information about taxiways, docking and de-icing stations, and temporary solutions for signs that need to be replaced following serious damage.
